RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Detail Distributors Australia, all refund, return and exchange requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis. We do not offer or guarantee any automatic right to a refund, return or exchange outside of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If you believe there is an issue with your order — including a faulty, damaged or incorrect item — please contact us directly by email at detaildistributorsaustralia@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue (photos help). We review every request individually and will respond as soon as we can.

Please choose carefully, as we are not obliged to provide a refund or exchange for change of mind. Any resolution offered is at our discretion and may be subject to conditions (for example, that items are unused, unopened and in their original packaging).

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded. Where a remedy is required by law, we will honour it.

All refund and return enquiries must be made directly with us by email before any item is returned.
