SHIPPING & POSTAGE POLICY
We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, generally within a few business days of your order being placed. However, dispatch and delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Once an order leaves our facility, delivery is handled by third-party carriers. While we do everything we can to get your order to you promptly, Detail Distributors Australia is not responsible for delays, damage or loss that occur in transit or that are caused by the carrier, weather, peak periods or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping costs (if any) are calculated at checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete delivery address; we are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address details.
